The project is located in Huadong Town, Huadu District, Guangzhou, and is positioned as a national tourist resort for cultural and leisure purposes. The total planned land is 1666 hectares (about 25000 mu), with a total investment of about 15 billion yuan. Jointly developed by China Tourism Group and Aranya Group, the project integrates Aranya cultural tourism characteristic IP and advantageous art resources, attracts artists and art lovers, forms a gathering place for the new middle class in the Greater Bay Area, and becomes a younger, more yuan, more international, more fashionable and more dynamic living community, the heart of the Bay Area and the highland of Guangzhou's spiritual and cultural life.

 

The project includes six product systems, namely, the transformation of the central town (Zone C), the European town, the art settlement (Zone F), the beautiful land with mountains (Zone B), the King Hotel, the Peak Entertainment, and the distribution center. Create the aesthetic space of Jiulong Lake, introduce cultural and tourism industry resources, and outline the wonderful and interesting life experience. Focusing on the cultural experience of Dawan District, Lingnan market culture, Hong Kong and Macao culture, art workshop experience, creative leisure culture, and fashionable life, the project bears the responsibility of international life quality.
